Software Development Engineer (Iasi)

Amazon Development Center Romania is looking for smart, creative, talented and experienced software engineers who can help innovate and build systems for our world class technology company. Candidates must possess a Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or related field, be flexible, self-directed, and like solving hard problems in a fast paced environment.

Job Qualifications:

• 2+ years programming experience with C++ and/or Java is required for this position.
• Strong problem solving and trouble shooting skills.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills are essential.
• Experience developing reporting tools and frameworks is a big plus.
• Experience with Oracle databases, SQL, DHTML/XML and JavaScript is highly desired.
• Proven ability of working effectively in a dynamic environment.
